With over 30 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Armed Forces, retiring at the rank of Colonel, he brings proven leadership experience managing large-scale organizations and diverse teams.
Rooted in a strong family legacy of public service, education, and community leadership, COL Shorter is committed to continuing Pensacola’s progress through servant leadership, collaboration, and a shared vision for growth.
